Ok, so here's the scoop. I was doing this to get ready for my wedding with my wife, which was in August of 2021. After the second week, I had lost a total of 8 pounds and had to stop the program since I was losing too much weight (I started under 160 pounds). If your goal is to lose the weight, this program is still an excellent one to follow. I was not able to continue with that trend, and so I was only able to provide a limited number of meals/days/workouts. Enjoy!
